The platform

The private market

  • Off-market properties and partner agents across Spain, with the split signed before we start.
  • Voluntary luxury auctions: a format the owner chooses, for sound assets and on a fixed timetable.

The numbers

A flat model, the same for everyone

75/25Your share of every commission until you reach the annual cap.
€80,000Annual cap in gross commission. Your contribution to eXp stops at €20,000.
100%What you keep from the cap to the end of your year, with a flat fee of €250 per transaction.
ICONCompany stock for agents who reach that production level.

On top of that, eXp charges a fee of €100 per month plus VAT. And there is revenue share: eXp shares part of the 25% it retains with those who bring agents into the company. The terms of each tier are in the official plan, and I will walk you through them with numbers on the call.
